Hi There!
My name is Paula Lenard.
I love to travel and explore the world as often as possible. While studying abroad in London to complete my degree at Texas Wesleyan University-Fort Worth, I learned how important it is to concentrate on hope—to look at possibilities, not back at problems. There’s nothing we can do about the past, but we can change what we’re doing now, which also affects our future.
There are two things that I adore in life: meeting new people and laughter. I don't think I could live without either. I love connecting with people. The power of connection starts at infancy, and I can honestly say I was served an extra dose of it. I have never met a stranger and never intend to. I'm sure this has something to do with my lifelong desire to be a therapist.
When I'm not in the office, I love spending time with my family and friends, but I can't deny my love for "me" time, which usually consists of a Chai Tea Latte (with vanilla), an overstuffed chair, a blanket, and a good book.

I assist individuals and couples by providing a supportive environment to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through the therapeutic process clients are able to understand and manage their emotions, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall mental health and well-being.
